Kevin Prey, SAP, IP2I

Kevin is Chairman of the IP2I Executive Committee and serves as Director, IP Policy and Strategic Transactions for SAP. Kevin joined SAP in 2010 and works on matters related to IP policy, patent transactions, and pre-litigation. Prior to joining SAP, he was a patent litigation attorney at Kenyon & Kenyon in New York where he served as counsel for Toyota in the Paice v. Toyota case, one of the first cases to apply a proportionality test (the “eBay standard” standard) to deny the grant of a permanent injunction following a finding of infringement.
